After many years in the ladies fashion retails sector, Sue Hungtington opened her own shop in Heswall in August 1994.

Originally the trading area was quite small and it was only possible to stock twelve ranges. Now 20 years on and two major refurbishments and extensions later, we are now able to stock some 30 different ranges from around the world.

Our second extension opened up the 1st floor as an additional trading area which enabled us to stock more evening and occasion wear suited to mother of the bride (or groom), millinery, jewellery, shoes and bags. A much appreciated feature of the shop is the provision of comfortable seating to enable the gentleman to relax whilst the ladies have a browse. We also provide an alteration service and gift wrapping for Christmas.

Our dedicated staff are friendly and knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble and you can shop ‘without any pressure!’ Our customers tell us that shopping at Sue Huntington is always a pleasure and are often heard to say ‘Why didn’t I come here first?’ Just walk in- no appointments are necessary!

We stock a wide range of sizes and all your favourite names including Olsen, Gerry Weber, Barbara Lebek, Marble, Oui, Eugen Klein and Gollehaug. Also Doris Streich, Naya, Rabe, and Maria Bellentiani.

Our shop consists of two floors with plenty of fitting rooms, including a double one on the ground floor suitable for wheelchair/walker access.
